Do you or your elderly relative need help with technology? Are you - or they - struggling to get to grips with a laptop, mobile phone or tablet? Perhaps you are thinking of getting a new device but lack confidence.
Or maybe you want to help your elderly friend or relative but you're just too busy.
I can help. I am a professional, experienced and patient trainer, helping older people gain the skills necessary to connect with the outside world, along with the confidence to do so safely.
Services Available
Following an initial free 30 minute, no obligation phone conversation to discover your needs, you'll choose from one, two or all three of the services below depending on your requirements. We will then arrange a suitable time for me to visit your home and help you.
Training
Once you are set up, I'll help you to understand and apply what's important to you - whether it's email, connecting face-to-face with friends and family, online shopping or creating documents. Just ask me what you would like to achieve in our free consultation and together we'll build a session that is right for you.
Ongoing Support
Once you've had all the training you feel you need, there may be occasions when you get stuck, or come across something you are unable to resolve. That's where ad hoc support may be needed. If I am able to resolve your issue over the phone, I will, and if it needs a visit, this can be arranged.
